Manufacturing, Marketing and Distribution of Chocolate Confectionery Products
We produce a range of chocolate confectionery products such as chocolate bars, chocolate rice, wafers and biscuits at our production facilities in Indonesia and Malaysia.
This includes our own consumer house brands of chocolate and confectionery products, many of them market leaders in Indonesia and we now sell our chocolate confectionery products in 17 countries, including Thailand, Japan, the Philippines, Hong Kong, Australia and China. Our portfolio of eight master brands and 19 key sub brands include chocolate bars, sprinkles, wafers and biscuits under brands such as Ceres, Cha-cha, Delfi, Selamat, SilverQueen, Take-It, Top and Tulip.

We have dedicated in-house product and brand development staff with keen insights in consumer trends and preferences based on ongoing market research, face-to-face discussions with distributors and retail proprietors. Our knowledge and experience enables us to develop new products and packaging to meet consumer demand.
Well-developed distribution network in Indonesia and Asia
An extensive sales and distribution network ensures we can reach a vast base of consumers in Asia.
In Indonesia, we believe we have access to over 70,000 retail outlets from over 100 stock points, covering all the provinces across the country and most types of distribution channels, enabling us to penetrate the consumer market across

Distribution of our products and that of our customers is supported by a fleet of over 400 vans.
The strength and coverage of our distribution network has been integral to our significant market share in Indonesia. We are market leaders with in the Indonesian urban grocery market for chocolate confectionery.
In addition to distributing our own chocolate confectionery brands, we also leverage our extensive network and experience for third-party brands, such as the premium Toblerone, Fisherman’s Friend, Van Houten and Guylian brands among others. |
Our strengths
- We have an established portfolio of household brands in Indonesia, including the “SilverQueen”, “Ceres” and “Delfi” brands. We believe that our use of master and sub-brands results in consumers associating new products that we introduce with the quality assurance of our established master brands. In-house expertise and research ensure we are ‘close to the ground’ to meet and anticipate consumer demand.
- We have developed an extensive and well-developed sales and distribution network covering the Indonesian archipelago. We believe that we have a distinct advantage in getting close to customers within and outside the urban markets.
