Under our established and well-known Delfi brand, we sell substantially all our cocoa ingredients products – cocoa powder, cocoa butter and cocoa liquor – for established international food and beverage companies, many of whom we have long-standing relationships with. We produce cocoa ingredients in six countries – Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, Brazil and Mexico – with geographic proximity to where our customers and their customers are, supplying our ingredients to 30 countries.
Focused on Food Safety
Each of our production facilities is equipped with its own quality control laboratory to ensure we adhere to the most stringent manufacturing standards. We put a high premium on food safety; our quality management system is based on Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), which was introduced by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP), a comprehensive quality assurance programme.

In-house technical and product development expertise enables us to produce specially formulated cocoa ingredients which offer our customers a high degree of flexibility in meeting their needs and product specifications, whilst still meeting their stringent quality requirements and achieving cost effectiveness.
